Team Building Program : The Great Performance Team

The Great Performance Team, Located in Sentul, March 14-15, 2020, PT. Tri-Wall Indonesia held a 2-day leadership training program attended by 21 production floor Leaders and Supervisors from the Assembly, Inventory and Quality Control (QC) section.

This training aims to improve skills and capabilities at work. That was done by ExcellentBee, led by Mr. Edyson Firdaus who is a training expert in the team building program.

This is of course related to the 2020 Tri-Wall Indonesia slogan – Spirituality, Focus and Be Positive -.
The program was successfully carried out. The event was very fun, enjoyable, refreshing and full of knowledge because participants were challenged to have a leadership spirit, hard skills (knowledge of working) and soft skills (good communication, confidence, teamwork, and integrity). These soft skills are needed to lead the team in their daily work activities, and make it easier for them to adapt to the environment to support each operator and the success of the Tri-Wall Indonesia company. All games played are team one model. So that all participants can get new experiences to work and work as a team in different or new situations.

Through this leadership training program, it is hoped that a great team with the best performance can be created to achieve the company’s goals of PT. Tri-Wall Indonesia.
